Given history of clothing manufacturing, apparel production is our forte quite naturally!  So, relax, you’re working with experts here. Our goal is to ensure that you adopt effective ways of production that firstly, produce apparels that conform to your specifications and secondly, effectively reduce the cost of production without compromising on the quality.

Here’s a quick glimpse of our process:

On boarding:

We’ll start by getting to know you and your business, then we’ll do the following:

  • Send you our much updated fabric swatches according to your requirements.
  • Assist you on which materials & accessories to use by providing you our available catalogues and then correspondingly offer you our most competitive prices which would enable you place orders with us.

Initial activities and fulfilment:

  • When received customer's enquiry, our sales team will contact them to confirm all details and offer the suitable suggestions.
  • Our design team make the mock-ups as your requests and send you the final artwork for your approval. A design that after having been approved sent to production.
  • Reception of a pre-production sample according to the indications and specifications of the approved technical sheet, with available fabric and colours, as well as lab dips of colour for approval.
  • When the mass production is starting, our quality-checking team supervise directly all production process to keep the finished products are correct which the same as the approved pre-production sample.

GALYA operates several audited and competent plants which are technologically advanced to minimize cost and production lead times. Moreover, our local production team is well trained and motivated to deliver the highest quality products on time while maintaining a highly competitive pricing structure. Upon completion of the production and packaging process, GALYA will drop ship the products to any destination in the world in accordance with standard industry practices.

In addition to our manufacturing capacity described above, GALYA maintains strong relationships with some of the top manufacturing plants all around in Turkey to supplement our capacity as needed from time to time. We have conducted an exhaustive study of the most objectionable aspects of outsourcing manufacturing functions and found these four factors to be the most significant.

First, we maintain the state of the art tracking technology so that our clients are kept informed of the progress of delivery of their products in real time (in most instances). We currently maintain a 95 % on-time delivery standard. In addition, we are constantly looking for ways to improve this performance.  

Second, our staff is trained to observe the strictest confidentiality with regard to any and all patent, trademark, and/or proprietary matters relating to any of our clients' products.  

Third, our contracts are structured in a manner to set forth clear and concise terms and conditions to govern performance while at the same time allowing the parties a certain amount of flexibility to deal with emergencies and changing market conditions.
